- Our authorised ecommerce provider - if paying by debit/credit card to process your membership
- UKHCA Directors
- Fitwise Management Limited, who host the database
How long will we store your personal data?
Your personal data will be retained until your membership expires.

You retain the right to ask us about your personal data at any time. Please contact us with any inquiries you may have.
Payment is via Direct debit, you will be emailed a link to setup payment after registration.
UKHCA members year is 1 April – 31 March:
Members joining 1 April – 30 September – full payment due
Members joining 1 October – 31 March – 50% payment due
